These Terms govern your use of Odyssey UI: our component library, Figma kit, MCP server, website and related services. By using Odyssey, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorised use.
Licence & use
When you purchase a plan, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the components and assets in your own products. Code you copy is yours to keep within the terms of your plan.
Acceptable use
Don't resell or redistribute the library as a competing product, attempt to break or abuse the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Payments
Plans are billed as shown at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases; your current plan's terms remain as agreed. Taxes may apply.
Intellectual property
Odyssey UI, its brand and the underlying library remain our property. The products you build with the components remain yours.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using Odyssey at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms. See our Cancellation Policy for plan cancellations.
Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. We may update them as the product evolves; continued use means you accept the changes.
